Boston Skyline
Title
Boston Skyline
Abstract/Description
Mural painted on the outer walls of the Joseph Lee School in Dorchester. The mural stretches across the length of the wall, depicting the Boston skyline in front of a rising/setting sun. The buildings and bridges that make up the Boston skyline are painted as solid shapes in dark blue and make up the bottom half of the mural. In the center of the mural, above the buildings, an orange circle represents the center of the sun. From the circle, shooting rays spread across the
upper half of the mural in alternating orange and yellow stripes. On bottom left corner of the mural painted cursive letters read "Boston."
